Gene Smith, AD continues to support Holtmann, but something has to give. I firmly believe he is done here at Ohio State.

Well between the ski mask and the podcast comments calling out the Badgers as scumbags, it didn't work out all that well for Michigan. Badgers win a free throw shooting contest in the end.

edit: Note that the Badgers didn't make a basket after the 10 minute mark of the 2nd half. Missed their last 14 attempts, and still won the game.

Alabama travels to Knoxville tonight. They are underdogs as #1? I guess because it's a road game.

Should be a really good game. Tenn plays great defense, but not great offense. The Tide are the #1 scoring offense!

Tide and the Vols are tied 29-29 at the half. A lot of Alabama turnovers have kept it close, many of those of course caused by the Vols defense. Alabama though did close out the half strong.

This game reminds me a bit of the Alabama/Tenn football game, instead of too many penalties contributing to the loss it was too many turnovers and the Vols defense also stifled the Tide offense, they only shot 36% from the floor. Down goes #1, Again!

Opens the way for the return of the Houston Cougars to #1.

Northwestern knocks off the Hoosiers tonight and are in 2nd place in the B1G. They were picked pre season to finish 13th.

I cannot recall NU ever being in 2nd in the conference this late in the season.

Browsing Wikipedia, NU were conference champions in 1931 & 1933 and did not have a winning record in conference play from 1968 until 2017. They have only made the NCAA tournament once in 2017.

Chris Collins is turning water into wine this year.

The Aggies win again tonight to reach 11-2 in the SEC.
Very tough road to finish but I can't complain about the ride so far!

kp, I thought Bama was a bit impatient in their offense last night, too many charging fouls again & again. Tennessee played a great defensive game and was tough on the boards, difficult to win against that combination. Good game to watch from a neutral corner.:)

I almost told ya to enjoy it whilst you could...but figured I wouldn't rain on your parade. ;) Now it's Houston's turn to be the target for awhile.

Yeah and in basketball losing a game doesn't ruin the season. Hopefully we can peak for the tournaments.

Crunch time is here and the Aggies have punched their ticket with the win against the Vols tonight.
Half a game back from Alabama means that last game of the season is gonna be interesting!

Good game Scott, I saw the very end of the game, Aggies were very physical and deserved the win.

The women's season ended today, and the conference tournaments start next weekend. The men's regular season comes to end this week and the conference tourney's start in 2 weeks.

No dominant Men's team exists, South Carolina women are clearly the best team...of course like the Kentucky Wildcats in 2015, who were 38-0 going to the final 4, but Wisconsin beat them in the semifinals with a lot less talented roster you never know when that one game is coming that you aren't at your best and the oppent plays above their norm.
