Alabama freshman DB Scooby Carter has re-entered the transfer portal. This young man needs to get his stuff together. Apparently he is very talented.

I wouldn't mind Florida taking a chance with Zach Evens but on a short string.

For 2021 the Gators already have 12 commitments. I think, and hope, we are closing the gap on Georgia.

Hey on another note it's getting close to Fantasy baseball. :)

Don I looked it up and Ohio State will be on Spring Break March 9th-13th. I think most of the Midwestern Universities will be on that schedule. Will the football team take a break from Spring Drills during that week or continue to practice? I'm sure the football players will want to go on spring break with their fellow students!:rolleyes:

We only have two scholarship TBs at the moment, not a good situation, but Coach Day does not seem to be terribly concerned at the moment . We will have two newbies come fall.

Not a big shock but Mack Brown aka Mr. Feburary, is doing well on the recruiting trail. He has UNC at #5 in the 2021 class rankings and just flipped a QB from Alabama. Now to be fair his father and brother played for UNC so it wasn't that hard I imagine.

Alabama is stacked at qb right now. That might have played into his decision.

Stacked till everyone not the starter transfers!

I see that Urban Meyer is predicting Fla to beat Georgia this year and make the CFP this year.

With so many schools canceling their semesters and telling students not to come back from Spring Break, and Notre Dame just announced that, I wonder how this is all going to affect Spring Football Practice?

The Irish had 1 practice before they went on break and were scheduled to resume practice next week. But that would seem to be up in the air. How can they let football players return for practice? Since they all probably went home or someplace they could have come in contact with an infected person and bring that back to the rest of the team.

    More on the ND situation.

"We will continue to monitor athletic activities and will make decisions in the best interests of our students and our fans, in consultation with public health and Conference officials," stated Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C. in a statement.

After getting in one practice before going on break, the Irish were set to resume on March 17th and conclude with the Blue-Gold Game on April 18th. That schedule could be adjusted, but the University statement noted some students would be approved to return.

From a recruiting standpoint, the Irish were scheduled to host dozens of visitors over the next month, including what was supposed to be a massive event stocked with some of the top offensive linemen in the nation next weekend.
