I don't know how any of you are aware of this but Corey could use help and keep him in your prayers. Click here to support Cancer surgery and Chemo/Radiation Help organized by Team O'Connor
As I said in the email Corey, we have you in our prayers and thoughts and only wish we could have donated more. Keep us informed best your can.
You've done more than plenty Bill. Thank you again. I think the craziest thing is that is that I won't be able to talk for 4 to 6 weeks. I can't shut up for 4 to 6 minutes
Corey is out of surgery. They had to take out more than they had estimated and the lymph nodes didn't look too good, but they'll know more after they biopsy those. They think they got it all.
Yeah I am up late often due to the pain, but I can talk which is weeks ahead of schedule. This clear liquid diet is bulllsh*t.
Sounds to me like you are having a ball, Corey! Being able to talk has to be a plus. Patience helps but that may not be one of your strong suits?
ha! no it's not. There's a lot more pain today since I am home and they are no longer giving me opium every 4 hours, but I'm making it.
Well I was optimistic, but today, they've called to schedule 5 different appointments in the coming weeks so I am guessing the news from pathology won't exactly be great.
