I know how to change the default bracket name, but the owner of the bracket isn't what I want that name to be, I see that Don is Don, Sid is Sid B, etc I'd like to be Terry? I can't find out how to do that.

 

Terry, when you registered, Yahoo arbitrarily gives you a name, which can be changed during the process. I have gone back and like you, I can change the bracket name, but can not find a way to change your registration name.

Another thought, click on TOK2000 and that will take you to your Yahoo Profile page. Maybe you can edit there to change it to Terry. If not maybe you can leave the group and try signing in again, but that might not change the current registration?

 

Terry, it appears to me your Yahoo profile name is TOK2000 and that is what is causing the problem. What about prior problems of this nature with other contests?

 

Don't be concerned, Terry, we know who you are. Seriously, I don't know where Yahoo came up with Sid B. I didn't originate it.

 

For anyone interested, turns out that the nickname in your Yahoo fantasy profile can be edited.

Stu, I had thought I might have a chance this year!

 

I got an email from Yahoo saying I only had until 22 March to complete my bracket??? They even gave a link to go to my bracket. Of course it was empty.

 

Kp, I imagine they are sending you a reminder to enter the 1 Million Dollar contest which is a different bracket than our Skyboxers Group. One does not have to join the big dollar contest. I am going to give it a try this go around. Naturally, all brackets are empty at this point. They will appear after Selection Sunday is completed.

 

It wouldn't feel like a proper contest without the Ryckmans!
