Had the same problem. Maybe it's a boomer thing. Or maybe it's because we need to email Ray and tell him what user name and password we'd like. Just like it says above.
hahaha JOCO is a Rebel, maybe we should remind him to read the instructions! My username and password didn't work, but I just re-set it.
Ditto here, a few growing pains but I really like the improvements. Who said us older folks cannot cope with this new technology
Corey, I asked Ray to get me on and he did. I didn't think you could reset your username and password without logging on first (???) Of course I could have started a new account but that didn't seem the way to go.
